Xpresso Mobile Café is a franchised 'coffee van' system. Each mobile cafe is stocked with premium espresso coffee products and many other treats - franchisees are intensively trained to produce the ultimate espresso coffee experience for our customers EVERY time. We aim to be the BEST– rather than the biggest.

Our goal is to remain the industry benchmark in Australia with our innovative vans, smartphone technology, superior premium espresso coffee hot/cold products (including snacks) and customer service. We want all businesses that are not close to a café to be able to enjoy their daily favourite brew!

Marketing Fee

We do have a simple marketing fee of $69 per week to switch on a Google ‘spotlight’ that will promote your new business & contribute to brand recognition + help generate events.

Qualifications Needed

- A positive headspace!
- Grit & determination.
- No café or coffee experience - just your friendly personality! If you follow the comprehensive Xpresso
- Mobile Café training system and procedures, you will be successful. We will support you and help fill any skill shortcomings.

Training

Your 3-weeks of training commences with barista training, equipment familiarisation & recipe sharing. We then hit the road for 2-weeks to collaboratively set up your daily Monday to Friday 'coffee run'. All startup stock is included along with unlimited coffee beans for your 1st month!.

Training and Ongoing Support

This investment delivers a turn‐key franchise operation, equipment, start-up stock, stationery, uniforms and a once‐off Franchise Fee.

This is all useless though without systemised training and paying customers! We will train you in all aspects of your new business AND help you find your loyal customers – by the end of Week 3 of training, you will have both cash flow and many happy customers!

Business Launch Support

Your initial investment delivers a turn-key franchise operation, all of the equipment you need, start-up stock, stationary, uniforms and a very simply fixed franchise fee structure.

Once you’ve established your territory and your coffee franchise is up and running, we’re still here to support you.

Xpresso Mobile Café will help you establish loyalty apps and beacon technology that sends messages to nearby customers with the app so you can grow and maintain your business.

Ideal For

Passion, drive, energy and excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills. You also need to have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard as an owner/manager and to follow the Xpresso guidelines and systems.

Of course, you also need to have access to the required funds. Ideally, you will need approx $40 000 in cash or property equity and the rest we can arrange, equipment finance.
