With explosion in e-Commerce across the covid period, PACK & SEND opened a franchised 'hybrid' store in Noosa Heads blending retail and warehousing.

We were joined by Luke Martin, Franchise Selection Manager, PACK & SEND, who popped in virtually from Sydney to talk us through the tour.

Take a look at the layout of this 'hybrid' style centre, with a warehousing component capable of storing 24 pallets of customer items for th e-Commerce enabled marketplace.
