Looking after people in good times and bad

We spoke with Jonathan Payne of Xpresso Mobile Cafe recently at the Brisbane franchise expo. 

Jonathan and his business partner, Darren Schultz, started the business as a systemised mobile cafe business in 2012. 

They set out to be the benchmark in the arena. Jonathan rates their coffee highly, but he rates the people, his franchise owners as the difference makers in their business.

They are a very 'values driven business', and that manifests in them going through the ups and downs with their franchisees as they go through tough times when and where that happens in varying cycles.

 "It's all about people" "We've been known to be quite flexible as our guys go through some tough times. We pride ourselves on that - we look after our people."
