Suzanne Greco, former Global CEO of Subway, has announced that she has joined the City Cave brand as a shareholder in the international expansion of the brand.

In an announcement posted to her LinkedIn account, Suzanne states that the goal is to grow the brand across the Americas to 3000+ locations with no time period on the expansion mentioned.

Suzanne’s role will be focused on guiding founders Tim Butters and Jeremy Hassell to “...build  a sustainable and profitable franchise brand with a keen focus on franchisee profitability.”

The brand currently has 70 locations across Australia and New Zealand and has been a standout in the wellness space across recent years with their reported personalised management approach through the covid

The brand offers a diverse range of services in wellness and health beyond just floatation therapy tanks, with infrared sauna and massage services also on offer.

A formalised long association

The founders close association with Suzanne Greco is well known to this writer after numerous previous interviews and discussions where they both often referred to their significant appreciation and value they placed on their mentored style relationship with her.

It has been a whirlwind 3 years for the brand and founders after truly announcing themselves on the franchising world stage in 2019 by taking out a global award for NextGen in Franchising at the International Franchise Association Annual Convention, Las Vegas.
