Andersens franchise business store video tour

The new Andersens '2025' store design, focused on customer experience

Jared and Cassandra Bourke took us on a tour of their brand new Andersens store at Bundall on the Gold Coast.

This business was actually due to open the following day, and there were a few final touches within the store still being completed.

This is Jared and Cassandra's second store, with the other located at Burleigh Heads also on the Gold Coast.

The customer experience

Andersens have been unveiling new store designs recently, as they increase the focus within the store on the customer experience.

Gone are the days when you'd expect to quickly choose your flooring and get out!
