After speaking to a few hundred people recently who were at a franchising expo event, it reminded us that we use quite a bit of franchise lingo that many people aren't familiar with. And this can get pretty frustrating at times.

Glenn started off with a quick list on the most obvious ones heard at that event, to hopefully ease that frustration or confusion.
