On top of loving DIY, we’re after team players with brilliant customer service skills.

As you’d imagine, hand skills are just the beginning. To run a successful business, you’ll need to have good time management skills, a strong customer service ethic, be a team player and be able to work to a plan. We’re looking for self-starters who are passionate about being their own boss, so you’ll need to be organised and motivated.

Training

Training is centred on our Forming Good Habits Program and is designed to get our new Franchisees up and running in their new business, as quickly as possible.

This course is constantly reviewed and improved based on feedback from trainees and Field Managers.

Our training program is delivered online by our industry qualified and experienced professional training manager who has experience in running a successful Hire A Hubby franchise.

Training includes daily face-to-face video chat discussions in a classroom setting as well as self-paced training using our online resources.

The course also includes practical training in one of training centres in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, which is led by one of our workshop trainers.
