Qualifications & Skills Needed

No experience, no problem. We will teach you everything you will need to know. From how to drive the machines to hiring them out. It is all covered in our comprehensive training program.

Training

3-day initial training program where we teach you how to use the machines and the Diggermate systems. ​A 24/7 Support desk and knowledge base for you to access answers to your questions. We also have our annual Gold Coast Conference featuring key additional training as well.

Business Launch Support

Everything you need to start and operate your business is provided Diggermate provides you with tools, machine consumables, technology, marketing launch and even uniforms. Everything is included and you will be looking schmick from day one.

Field Support

Business growth and planning support so you can set and then achieve your business goals, ​with field support from an experienced operator. She has been there and done that so will be able to help with almost any issue that pops up.

Access machines on a 3 or 6 month trial to determine if its going to work for you. If it doesn't work you can just give them back. Grow your business with confidence by testing which combinations of machines work for you in your territory.
