Q3 is finished.

Q4 is already well underway.

How will you finish the year?

A simple idea to help focus your attention is to graph your Sales as shown on your BAS.

It only takes 5 minutes to prepare, but it shows how you’ve been tracking so far.

It works best when you compare against last year, including COVID, warts and all!

Set your target for what you want to achieve.

Then simply mark where you want Q4 Sales to be. That’s your target, that’s what you’re aiming for.

Now put some thought into how you will get there.

Decide on the actual steps you will take to generate those sales. Will you simply let life roll on, or will you take some deliberate action to make things happen?

Of course it’s better to take deliberate action!

Take a look at your business, see what you can tweak, adjust or innovate.

What can you promote?

How can you re-engage with your clients?

Are there government incentives you can use as a trigger?

How can you help your customers?

Sitting still is not an option. Nothing else is standing still. You can’t afford to either, particularly if you want to hit your target for Q4.
